Sheriff Mike Booth is on scene releasing information that Goodnight and Irvin were identified by fishermen as the two escapees in the area.
Undersheriff Travis Palmer stated the escapees are pinned down in the area north of Hwy 270 between the Dale railroad track and Bethel Road.
Please remain away from this area as law enforcement will have a heavy presence in the surrounding area.
Please remain aware and report anything suspicious by calling 911. Do not attempt to approach the escapees.

Several citizens have asked for an update on the escapees. We have no new information at this time. We have not seen a rise in thefts over night but please remain aware of your surroundings and please report anything suspicious.

CHANDLER, Oklahoma –
Four inmates escaped from the Lincoln County Jail early Monday morning, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reports.
Sonny Baker, 41, Trey Goodnight, 28, Jeremy Irvin, 31, and Brian Moody, 23, escaped through the jail’s air ducts some time between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. on June 12. Baker, Goodnight, and Moody are serving time for property crimes. Irvin is serving for first degree murder.
This is the second escape for both Baker and Moody in three months. They broke out, along with a third man, through the air vents on St. Patrick’s Day this year. Moody, along with the third man, was recaptured on March 22 in eastern Oklahoma County. Baker was caught on March 29 in Shawnee.

Our office is currently looking for Anthony Scott Doss White Male height 506, weight 145, Build: Small, Hair: Brown, Eyes: Brown, DOB 5/13/1991 after a pursuit that crashed out in the area of Pottawatomie Road and Slaughterville (Tribbey) Road in Tribbey, Oklahoma. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a light-colored T-shirt and a ball cap. If you see Doss please call 911 immediately.

POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Oklahoma – Law enforcement officers are searching for a pursuit suspect who took off on foot following a chase near Pottawatomie Rd. and Tribbey Rd.K9 units have been called in to help search for the suspect.
There is currently an increased presence in law enforcement in the Steelman Estates Edition near Hwy 102 and Independence in Shawnee. Deputies along with assisting law enforcement agencies are attempting to serve a warrant for an individual’s arrest. Sheriff Mike Booth wanted everyone in the area who might have concern to be assured there is no danger at this time and in the event that status changes law enforcement on scene will notify residents appropriately.
As of 9:27 a.m. based upon information at the scene, we believe person of interest Michael Timothy Deffner is deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Positive identification is pending the Medical Examiner’s Office. Our office is still working the scene and as of now the manhunt has ended.
Our office along with with multiple other agencies are current involved in an active manhunt in the area of Bethel Road and Highland Road in Tecumseh after a Norman murder suspects vehicle was located at this location. Norman Police Department Detectives are on scene and have confirmed the vehicle to be of suspect Timothy Deffner a white male approximately 5’10” tall. It is believed he was headed in a Northwest direction from the area and is armed with a rifle and is considered armed and dangerous.
Law Enforcement will heavy saturate the area and if anyone observes anyone matching the description of the Timothy Deffner imediately call 911 do not attempt to approach him.
