Update Person of interest: Vehicle Fire Christopher Berry Identified

A white male was seen in the 17000 Block of Walker Road just before 4 p.m. today after deputies responded to a vehicle on fire. The vehicle had a flat tire which caused grass to catch fire with the rim striking the road. The column was punched on the vehicle and at this time we are attempting to find out if it is stolen or not.
A home owner called our office reporting male subject on the property when he knocked on the door asking for a glass of water.

Deputies observed a white male near the tree line without a shirt or shoes wearing black sports shorts just before he took off back into the trees.

Deputies are on scene and we are asking that you call 911 or (405) 273-1727 if you see any suspicious activity.

Updated information 7/13/2017 at 7:35 p.m. Christopher Berry now in custody for multiple warrants out of Pottawatomie County District Court.
