Crime spree charges split between two counties

Two suspects originally charged in Seminole County with 22 felony counts relating to a September crime spree from Konawa to Tecumseh will have their charges separated as six of those charges are now filed in Pottawatomie County District Court.

Deputies arrest five burglary suspects

Pottawatomie County sheriff’s deputies arrested five suspects Thursday shortly after a residential burglary.  Sheriff Mike Booth said Deputy Chad Pope made a traffic stop of an alleged suspect vehicle, which led to recovery of stolen property and the arrests.  Pope said a rural residential break-in had been reported and the suspect vehicle, a white Dodge pickup, left the area.
